Our 1st annual team member appreciation week will take place 3/11-3/15. This year's theme is "Bone-A-Fide Appreciation Week: A Tribute to Our Healthcare Heroes," and we can't wait to celebrate our incredible team members. Below is a preview of what each day will have in store:

3/12: Spine-Tacular Spirit Day
3/13: Wellness Wednesday

Finding Your W2 in Paylocity
Your W2 is available in Paylocity. Here's how to locate it:
Login to Paylocity and make sure you are in the "Self Service Portal"
Expand the "Pay" tab then click "More"
Click on "Tax Forms"
Locate your W2
Pay Stub Reminder
Team Members: Please remember to look at your pay stubs in Paylocity every pay day! It's important to check your federal tax deductions before tax time.
