As the curtain falls on 2023, it's time to embrace the season of reflection and celebration. Don't forget to mark your calendars and RSVP for our upcoming Snowflake Soirée. Also, gear up for a fresh start in 2024 by acquainting yourself with our newly unveiled payroll/holiday calendar and more in this edition of The Spinal Column.

The Snowflake Soirée is quickly approaching. We ask that you RSVP to askhr@mypainsolution.com and let us know if you are bringing a plus one by 12/29/23. Some important reminders include:

We will be celebrating at the Mellwood Art Center's Van Gogh Room (1860 Mellwood Ave., Louisville, KY 40206) in Louisville, KY on Saturday, January 13.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. ET
Small bites start at 7:30 p.m.
The band, The Juice Box Heroes, will kick off at 8:00 p.m. ET and play until 11:00 p.m. ET
The bar will be open from 6:30 p.m. ET with last call at 10:30 p.m. ET

Finding Time for Rest and Relaxation During the Holidays
