Getting ready for the Snowflake Soirée


One day until our Snowflake Soirée! We're so excited to see everyone and celebrate the incredible year that was 2023 and all the opportunities ahead of us in 2024. Below are all the last-minute details you need to know.

Directions/Parking

  • We will be celebrating at the Mellwood Art Center's Van Gogh Room. The Mellwood Art Center is located at 1860 Mellwood Avenue, Louisville, KY, 40206. Please reference the below map.

  • There is ample FREE parking on site. In addition to what is shown on the map, there is a large parking lot on the other side of Mellwood Avenue.

  • Keep an eye out for signs and balloons in front of the Van Gogh Room, if you need assistance finding us.

Timeline of Events

  • Doors Open: 6:30 p.m. Registration - please plan to provide ID if you or your guest are under the age of 21. Those under the age of 21 will be given an armband to wear during the event.

  • DJ provides music beginning at 6:30 p.m.

  • Bar opens at 6:30 p.m.

  • Buffet opens at 7:30 p.m.

  • Band begins at 8:00 p.m.

  • Dessert served at 9:00 p.m.

  • Band ends at 11:00 p.m. (Don't forget to tip your bartenders!)

  • Last call at 11:30 p.m.

  • DJ ends music at Midnight
